Village Hall
The hall was replaced in 2001 by a completely new building with funds raised by the Parish Council and the Lotteries Grant and is available for private hire as well as hosting a number of village events each year.
With a capacity for 100 standing guests or 56 seated it is a suitable size for most occasions.

NO SMOKING
The Hall to be left clean and tidy after use with ALL tables and chairs to be stacked in the Kitchen
ALL floors MUST be swept and mopped after use

Ensure that no nuisance is caused to Local Residents by any actions
Remove all Rubbish to the Outside Bin and take all Recycling home
All Lights and Water Heater to be turned off
All damage beyond fair wear and tear to be paid in full and for the repairs to be carried out professionally
To ensure that during the Hire Period, a responsible individual aged 25 years or over is present and officially in charge

Key pick up / return to be arranged with the Hirer
The Village Hall is run as a charity on behalf of all the villagers and a board of trustees made up of local people ensures its correct conduct through the Charities Commission.
Day to day the Village Hall Committee look after everything and meet regularly to plan the years events. New committee members are always welcome and or those just wishing to help out occasionally or with a special interest or talent they would like to share.
